天灸疗法治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

目的:探讨观察天灸疗法治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效,总结临床诊疗效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年1月-2013年6月收治的100例支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,所有患者均采取天灸疗法进行诊疗,观察患者治疗前后的血清IgE水平变化。坚持治疗3年,观察每年患者治疗的总有效率。结果:100例患者经过天灸疗法治疗后,IgE水平较治疗前均有明显下降;患者治疗3年的治疗疗效逐年递增。结论:天灸疗法具有经穴和药物治疗的双重作用,可有效减轻患者的炎症反应,减少哮喘发作次数。提示治疗时间越长,治疗疗效更显著,可提高治疗疗效。

Clinical observation on treating bronchial asthma by the Tianjiu therapy

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of Tianjiu therapy on treating bronchial asthma. Methods：Treating 100 patients by the Tianjiu therapy to observe the changes of serum IgE level. Results：After 3 years treatment, the serum IgE level was obviously lower down, and the efficacy was increased year by year. Conclusion：The Tianjiu therapy can effectively reduce inflammation reaction and the number of asthma attacks.
