反流性食管炎的中医中药治疗分析

目的:探讨反流性食管炎的临床诊断及中医中药治疗措施。方法:将2010年10月-2013年10月经我院诊断为反流性食管炎的90例患者随机分为西医组和中医组,分别给予相关治疗,记录并作回顾性分析。结果:西医组、中医组总有效率分别是73.33%、95.56%。结论:反流性食管炎确诊后经过临床上积极规范合理的治疗,效果明显且中医中药疗效更佳。

A clinical analysis of treating reflux esophagitis in TCM

Objective： To investigate clinical diagnosis and TCM treatment for the reflux esophagitis. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into western medicine and TCM group, respectively given relevant treatment, recorded and analyzed retrospectively. Results： Western medicine, TCM medicine group total effective rate was 73.33%, 95.56% respectively. Conclusion： Reflux esophagitis after diagnosis through positive norms and reasonable treatment, clinical effect is obvious and TCM curative effect is better.
