| 摘 要： | 目的:有效评价小柴胡汤加减治疗中风后眩晕临床疗效。方法:抽取我院2010年12月-2011年12月治疗中风眩晕患者82例,随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(41例)。观察组根据患者病情,采用小柴胡汤加减治疗中风后眩晕,1剂/d,每次服用时分为2~3次。对照组进行基本治疗,采用口服地芬尼多片,3次/d,1~2片/次。1周半后根据患者治疗情况进行临床疗效评价。结果:观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组。结论:在治疗中风后眩晕时采用小柴胡汤加减,对治疗眩晕有着显著疗效,有效降低患者痛苦,提升患者的治疗满意度。

Clinical evaluation of Xiaochaihu decoction on vertigo following stroke |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate Xiaochaihu decoction for vertigo following stroke. Methods： 82 stroke patients with vertigo were randomly divided into observation group （41 cases） and control group （41 cases）. Depending upon the patients in the observation group, Xiaochaihu decoction was given in differentiation. The control group was treated with oral difenidol tablets. Results： The clinical efficacy was significantly higher in the observation. Conclusion： For vertigo following stroke Xiaochaihu decoction has a significant effect, can effectively reduce the suffering of patients, improve the patients satisfaction. |
