糖尿病肾病行血栓通注射液联合贝那普利治疗的疗效观察

目的：观察血栓通注射液联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床疗效。方法：资料选自2011年10月-2013年10月在本院治疗辨证为血瘀证Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病患者60例，随机分为两组，对照组28例应用盐酸贝那普利口服治疗，观察组32例应用血栓通注射液联合贝那普利治疗。在治疗2周后比较两组患者临床症状以及尿白蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿毒氮及血清肌酐等指标的疗效情况。结果：观察组DN患者治疗后，尿白蛋白排泄率降低程度优于对照组；观察组治疗后临床疗效总有效率为87.5%，高于对照组总有效率75.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05），两组治疗后尿素氮和血清肌酐比较，差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：血栓通注射液联合贝那普利治疗法可有效缓解糖尿病肾病患者临床症状，对患者起到明显的保护作用，具有一定的临床推广价值。

Clinical observation on treating diabetic nephropathy with Xueshuantong injection plus benazepril

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Xueshuantong injection plus benazepril on treating diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given benazepril hydrochloride oral, another was given Xueshuantong injection plus benazepril. Results： Urinary albumin excretion rate in observation group was obviously lower; the total efficiency in observation group was 87.5%, higher than 75.0%in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the difference of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine after treatment was not statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xueshuantong injection plus benazepril can relieve patients symptoms with diabetic nephropathy, has obvious protective effects, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
