消风散加减方治疗湿疹的临床疗效观察

目的：观察消风散加减方治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将90例湿疹患者随机分为治疗组45例，对照组45例。治疗组采用消风散加减方内服外用治疗，对照组采用氯雷他定片口服配合3%硼酸溶液外敷或炉甘石洗剂外用，连续治疗30天。治疗结束后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率93.3%，对照组总有效率77.8%，两组临床总有效率经统计学分析，有显著性差异（P〈0.05），治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论：消风散加减方治疗湿疹安全有效。

Clinical observation on treating eczema with Xiaofeng San

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Xiaofeng San on treating eczema. Methods：90 cases of eczema were randomly divided into treatment group of 45 cases and control group of 45 cases. The treatment group received Xiaofeng San internal and external, the control group was given loratadine tablets with 3%boric acid solution or calamine lotion external. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment was 93.3%, in another was 77.8%, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, effects in the treatment were significantly better. Conclusion：Xiaofeng San is safe and effective on treating eczema.
