80例湿疹中医辨证施治对预后影响分析

目的:研究中医辨证施治对湿疹预后影响。方法:选取2011年1月-2012年12月来我院接受治疗的80例患有湿疹的病患,将这些病患进行随机分组,分别为40例实验组和40例对照组。对照组采取常规方法进行治疗;对实验组患者在进行上述基础治疗的同时加入中医治疗方法,观察并记录两组患者临床治疗效果,给予统计学分析,得出结论。结果:实验组有7例治愈,21例显效,11例有效,1例无效,总的有效率为97.5%;对照组有2例治愈,15例显效,9例有效,14例无效,总的有效率为65.0%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证方法对于湿疹治疗的疗效良好,值得在实际临床中进行推广。

TCM therapy in 80 cases of eczema for the prognosis impact

Objective： To study TCM syndrome differentiation prognosis for eczema. Methods： 80 patients with eczema were randomly assigned to 40 cases for the experimental group and 40 cases for the control group. The control group taking conventionaltreatment; while the experimental group was added TCM treatment, clinical outcomes were observed and recorded for two groups of patients. Results： The experimental group, seven patients were cured, 21 cases markedly effective, 11 cases effective, 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.5%; the control group, 2 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly effective, 9 cases effective, 14 cases ineffective, the total effective rate of 65.0%, the difference was statistically significant specific （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of TCM treatment for eczema good effect, worthy of promotion in the actual clinical.
