温胃护膜汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性糜烂性胃炎35例临床观察

目的:观察温胃护膜汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断的68例患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组33例。两组均予以常规制酸护胃治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上予以温胃护膜汤口服。两组均7d为1疗程。观察两组治疗前后症状积分、实验室指标及毒副反应情况。结果:治疗组较对照组能明显改善症状,根除HP亦有显著疗效(P>0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:温胃护膜汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性糜烂性胃炎安全、有效,值得临床推广应用与更深入研究。

Clinical observation on treating 35 cases of chronic erosive gastritis with Wenwei Humo decoction

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy ofWenwei Humo decoction. Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group, 35 cases, and the control group, 33 cases. Treatment group received oral Wenwei Humo decoction more than the control. Symptom scores, laboratory parameters and adverse reactions before and after treatment were recorded. Results： The treatment group can more significantly improve symptoms, eradication of HP also was better （P〉0.05）, and there was no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： Treating chronic erosive gastritiS with Wenwei Htmao decoction is safe, effective, worthy of clinical application and further research.
