| Abstract: | Through analysis from basic element and effect factor of core competence of hospital,the author thought that service quality and effectiveness,financial condition,study/creative ability,satisfaction of employees and patients were frame study for core competence of hospital.It also showed that hospital performance management could lead to higher core competence of hospital. |
