阿奇霉素治疗小儿下呼吸道感染60例

目的：观察阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿下呼吸道感染的有效性及安全性。方法：选择中、轻度下呼吸道感染患儿158例，随机分为3组。A组给予阿奇霉素10mg／（kg·d），静脉滴注3d后改口服阿奇霉素干混悬剂10mg／（kg·d）；B组予全程静脉滴注阿奇霉素10mg／（kg·d）C组予静脉滴注头孢曲松钠50-80mg／（kg·d）。结果：A组与B组疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），A、B组与C组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。不良反应发生率3组无显著差异。结论：阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿下呼吸道感染具有安全、高效、方便、节省费用等优点。

Treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in 60 children with azithromycin

Objective To observe the effect and safety of azithromycin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in children. Method 158 cases with mild lower respiratory tract infection were divided into three group. Group A was given venous azithromycin 10mg/(kg.d)], 3 days later with orraly azithromycin 10mg/(kg.d)]; group B was given venous azithromycin 10mg/(kg.d)]; group C with venous ceftriaxonesodium 50-80mg/(kg.d)]. Results The curative effect of Group A and group B did not show remarkable difference (P>0.05), group A, B both had remarkable difference with group C (P<0.05). The rate of side effect among the three groups had no remarkable differences. Conclusion Azithromycin has the advantages of safe, effective, convenient and economical in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.
