利凡诺联合米非司酮用于终止中期妊娠的临床观察

目的观察利凡诺联合米非司酮用于终止中期妊娠临床效果。方法选择120例孕16～27周要求终止妊娠的健康妇女，随机分为观察组（n=60）和对照组（n=60）。观察组经腹腔羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100mg，随即口服米非司酮50mg，每12小时1次，共3次。对照组采用利凡诺100mg羊膜腔内注射。比较两组引产时间、总产程、产后2h出血量、清官率、宫颈裂伤率、引产成功率。结果观察组引产时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．01），总产程与对照组比较缩短（P〈0．05）；胎儿娩出后2h出血量较对照组减少（P〈0．01）；观察组清宫率（23．7％）较对照组（66．67％）明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论米非司酮与利凡诺配伍用于中期妊娠引产是一种较理想的方法。

Clinical Observation of Rivanol Combined with Mifepristone on Mid-term Labor Induction

Objective To observe the clinical effects of rivanol combined with mifepristone for the induction of labor in mid-pregnancy. Methods We selected 120 healthy pregnant women of 16-27 weeks, demanding termination of pregnancy. They were randomly divided into observer group （n=60） and control group （n=60）. After injecting rivanol 100mg into amniotic through the abdominal cavity, the women in the observer group were orally given mifepristone 50rag every 12 h. While the control group was alone treated with rivanol 100mg by amniotic injection. Two groups were compared on the time of induced labor, total stage of labor, bleeding quantity of postpartum 2 hours, the rate of curettage, cervical laceration rate and success rate of labor induction. Results In the observer group, induced labor time and total stage of labor were shorter than the control group. The amount of bleeding of 2 hours after fetal disengagement in the observer group was significantly less than the control group（P〈0.01 ）. The rate of curettage in the observer group was 23.7%, while the control group was 66.67%. There were significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with rivanol is an ideal method during the induction of labor in mid-pregnancy.
