Peabody运动发育量表与Gesell发育量表在中枢性协调障碍评价中的一致性研究

目的研究Gesell发育量表与Peabody运动发育量表(PDMS-2)在中枢性协调障碍患儿中的一致性。方法657例年龄在3～8个月的中枢性协调障碍患儿均接受Gesell发育量表评定与Peabody运动发育量表评定，采用秩相关计算Gesell发育量表大运动发育龄与PDMS-2中粗大运动项各分测验相当年龄、Gesell发育量表精细运动发育龄与PDMS-2 精细运动各项分测验相当年龄、Gesell发育量表大运动发育商(G-GMDQ)与PDMS-2 粗大运动发育商(P-GMDQ)、Gesell发育量表精细运动发育商(G-FMDQ)与PDMS-2 精细运动发育商(P-FMDQ)的相关系数。结果Gesell发育量表大运动发育龄与PDMS-2粗大运动项各分测验相当年龄、Gesell发育量表精细运动发育龄与PDMS-2精细运动各项分测试相当年龄相关系数在0.755～0.842(P<0.01)，G-GMDQ与P-GMDQ相关系数为0.645(P<0.01)、G-FMDQ与P-FMDQ相关系数为0.677(P<0.01)。结论PDMS-2相当龄与Gesell发育量表发育龄、P-FMDQ与G-FMDQ的平行效度有高度一致性，P-GMDQ与G-GMDQ的平行效度有中度一致性。
