血清CA125、IGF-1、TSGF、VEGF联检对卵巢癌诊断价值

目的 探讨糖表抗原125（CA125）、胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）、肿瘤特异性生长因子（TSGF）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）联检对卵巢癌的临床评价。方法 应用放免法,酶免法和生化法对32例卵巢癌患者进行了血清CA125,IGF-1,TSGF和VEGF水平测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果 以单一指标阳性作为诊断标准,CA125,IGF-1,TSGF,VEGF对卵巢癌的敏感性分别为78.0%,65.0%,84.0%,56.0%,特异性分别为68.0%,57.0%,51.0%,42.0%,联检结果两项或两项以上阳性作为标准,则本文患者的诊断灵敏度为93.0%,特异性为85.0%。结论 联检血清CA125,IGF-1,TSGF和VEGF对卵巢癌的辅助诊断有较高的临床实用价值。

Diagnostic value of combined determination of serum CA125,IGF-1,TSGF and VEGF levels in patients with ovarian cancer

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined determination of serum CA125,IGF-1,TSGF and VEGF levels for ovarian cancer.Methods Serum CA125,IGF-1(with RIA),TSGF(with biochemistry)and VEGF(with Elisa) levels were measured in 32 patients with ovarian cancer and 35 controls.Results As a single tumor marker for diagnosis,the sensitivity of CA125,IGF-1,TSGF and VEGF was 78.0%,65.0%,84.0%,56.0% respectively.The specificity was 68.0%,57.0%,51.0%,42.0% respectively.With combined detection of the four markers and assuming two or more markers positive as a diagnosis,the sensitivity would be 93.0% and specificity would be 85.0%.Conclusion Combined determination of serum CA125,IGF-1,TSGF and VEGF levels could promote the clinical usefulness for diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
