两种无张力腹股沟疝修补术的比较分析

目的研究平片无张力疝修补术、疝环充填式疝修补术对成人腹股沟疝的手术效果。方法随机将1999年3月至2003年12月的358例腹股沟疝病人，分为平片式组和疝环充填式组，分析比较两组的临床资料。结果两者在术后复发，住院天数上差异无显著，但在术后切口异物感和治疗费用上差异有显著性。结论两种术式均有较好的治疗效果。但平片式无张力疝修补术在降低患者治疗费用，减轻切口异物感上更有优势。

Comparison study on the therapeutic effect between Onlay mash hemioplsaty and Mesh plug hemiorrhaphy in treating adult inguinal hernia

Objective To evalute the therapeutic effect in results between Onlay mash hemioplsaty and Mesh plug hemiorrhaphy in beating adult inguinal hernia.Methods A prospective randomized clinical trial was carried out from March 1999 to December 2003,comparing the clinical of these two groups.Results No significant diference was found between the two groups in terms of length of hospitalization and recurrence rate,but the cost of hospitalization and chronic pain.Conclusion Onlay mesh hemioplasty produces similar results as the Mesh plug hemiorrhaphy in beating adult inguinal hernias.The Onlay mesh hemioplasty reduces the cost of hospitalization and chronic pain obviously.
