急性呼吸衰竭行紧急机械通气40例效果分析

目的：探讨气管插管机械通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院采用气管插管机械通气治疗的40例急性呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料。结果：所有患者在常规治疗的同时,给予及时的气管插管机械通气,经过积极抢救,痊愈后出院28例,痊愈率达70.0%。结论：机械通气可以有效改善急性呼吸衰竭的症状,是抢救急性呼吸衰竭的有效方法。

The Clinical Analysis of 40 Cases with Acute Respiratory Failure Treated by Mechanical Ventilation

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of intubation and mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory failure.Methods：Retrospective analysis was used to study the clinical data of 40 cases with acute respiratory failure in our hospital,who were treated by intubation and mechanical ventilation.Results：All patients who received the conventional treatments were given timely intubation and mechanical ventilation at the same time.Through an active rescue,28 cases were discharged,and the cure rate was 70.0%.Conclusions：Mechanical ventilation can be effective in improving symptoms in patients with acute respiratory failure,which is an effective method to rescue the patients with acute respiratory failure.
