胃癌患者血清MMP-3水平的临床研究

目的探讨胃癌患者血清MMP-3水平及其临床意义。方法应用ELISA法,对56例胃癌患者血清MMP-3水平进行测定,并同期检测56名健康人血清水平作为对照。结果胃癌患者血清MMP-3水平明显高于正常人,MMP-3水平与胃癌肿瘤大小、血管侵犯、淋巴结受累及肝脏转移密切相关（P〈0.05）;随着临床病理分期的升高,MMP-3水平亦明显升高（P〈0.05）,血清MMP-3水平与组织学类型及患者的性别和年龄等因素无关（P〉0.05）。结论MMP-3参与胃癌浸润和转移,术前检测血清MMP-3水平对预测胃癌侵袭和转移具有重要的临床意义。

Clinic study on serum MMP-3 levels in patients with gastric carcinoma

Objective In this study,we measured the serum MMP-3 levels in patients with gastric carcinoma and evaluate its clinic significance.Methods ELISA was used to detect serum MMP-3 levels preoperatively in 56 patients with resection of gastric carcinoma and 56 healthy subjects.Results Serum MMP-3 was found to be significantly elevated in patients with gastric carcinoma,compared with healthy subjects(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-3 significantly correlated with a large tumor size(>3 cm),presence of venous invasion,and lymph node-metastasis stage(P<0.05).With upgrading of clinical-pathological stage,the serum MMP-3 level increased significantly(P<0.05),but its relation to histological type,age and sex was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum MMP-3 correlated significantly with invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.The serum MMP-3 levels may be used to predict invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma preoperatively.
