| 摘 要： | 目的：用高效液相色谱法测定克拉霉素控释片的含量。方法：HPLC法，Llchrospher100RP-C18（125mm×4.6mm，5μm），甲醇-0.067mol/L KH2PO4，用磷酸调pH值4.0（650∶350）为流动相，流速1.0ml/min，检测波长210nm。结果：克拉霉素在辅料中的回收率为100.4%，RSD为0.95%。结论：方法简单、快速，适用于测定克拉霉素控释片的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine clarithromycin in Clarithromycin controlled release tablets by HPLC. Methods：Llchrospher 100 RP-CIs （125mm×4.6mm,5μm）,the mobile phase （650：350, pH=4.0） was consisted of solution of methanol and 0.067 mol/L KH2P04 solution, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection was set at 210 nm. Results：Recovery rate was 100.4%,RSD was 0.95%. Conclusion：The method was simple and rapid.h can be applied to determine the Clarithromycin in controlled release tablets. |
