| 摘 要： | 观察ＳＨＲｓｐ出血性中风时醒脑健神胶囊、中风脑得平冲剂与清开灵注射液的保护作用。结果发现，病理组海马神经元密度明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；超微结构显示海马明显水肿、神经元肿胀、细胞内器减少，核固缩；兴奋性氨基酸（ＥＡＡ）含量升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）、Ｃａ２＋含量下降。治疗各组均有对神经元的保护作用，表现为神经元密度增加、超微结构显示的神经元变性、坏死得到改善；ＥＡＡ升高和Ｃａ２＋下降得到一定程度的纠正。其药效作用次序：醒脑健神胶囊＞清开灵注射液＞中风脑得平冲剂。

| Abstract: | Protective effects of Xingnaojianshen Capsules,Zhongfengnaodeping Granules and Qingkailing Injection on hippocampal neuron of the stroke-prone and spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRsp)were observed and excitatory amino acids(EAA),Ca2+ content, neuronal density and ultrastructural changes were measured.The results showed that in the pathologic group the neuronal density of hippocamp was markedly decreased, hippocamp was with marked edema,cell internal organs were decreased in number and edematous,EAA content was increased and Ca2+ content was decreased, compared with the control group.Again,the results showed that in the treatment groups the neuronal density was increased, ultrastructural neuronal denaturation and necrosis were improved,the increase of EAA content and decrease of Ca2+ content were corrected.The intensity of protective effects of the drugs used in the treatment groups was:Xingnaojianshen Capsules>Qingkailing Injection>Zhongfengnaodeping Granules. |
