| 摘 要： | 目的:观察瘀痛消胶囊对大鼠实验性肝纤维化的影响。方法:采用复合因素诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型。Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、瘀痛消胶囊组、疏肝理脾片组、模型组。瘀痛消胶囊组和疏肝理脾片组在造模的同时给药,造模结束后观察各组肝纤维化程度及血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、透明质酸(HA)的变化。结果:瘀痛消胶囊组纤维化程度低于模型组(P<0.01);瘀痛消胶囊组的血清HA、ALT均较模型组有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:瘀痛消胶囊具有一定的抗大鼠实验性肝纤维化的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of YuTongXiao Capsule on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods: The Wistar rats were made into moedels by comprehensive pathogens, and then randomly divided into the control group, the YuTongXiao Capsule group, the smoothing liver and regulating spleen group, and the model group. During this process, the treatment was given to the YuTongXiao Capsule group and the smoothing liver and regulating spleen group. Then the observation was made to see the degree of hepatic fibrosis and the change of ALT and HA in each group. Results: When compared with the model group, the degree of hepatic fibrosis in the YuTongXiao Capsule group was lower (P<0.01); meanwhile, HA and ALT were lowered obviously (P<0.001). Conclusion: YuTongXiao Capsule has effects on anti experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats. |
