| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年急性肾衰竭（ARF）患者的易发因素、临床特点及预后分析。方法本文收集63例60岁以上老年ARF患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果引起老年ARF病因中药物因素最常见，其次为感染因素、肿瘤因素、缺血性肾病等。63例患者血液透析18例，连续性肾脏替代治疗1例，未透析44例。结果肾功能恢复40例，肾功能未恢复8例，死亡15例。结论老年ARF诱发因素多，常伴有多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）、高分解代谢及少尿，并且病死率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the predisposing factors,clinical characteristics and prognosis of senile patients with acute renal failure(ARF).Methods Clinical data of 63 senile ARF patients(older than 60) were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results The commonest cause of senile ARF was drug,and the following causes include infective kidney disease and cancer.18 cases were treated with hemodialysis,and 1 with continuous renal replacement therapy,44 without dialysis.There were 40 cases renal function recovery... |
