| 摘 要： | 使用岛津ＡＡ－６７０原子吸收分光光度计测定消化道癌瘤患者全血铁、血浆铁、铜、锌含量。采用改进的连苯三酚自氧化法测定全血总超氧化物歧化酶活力，并以正常人血、血浆为对照，经统计学处理，有显著差异。

| Abstract: | For clarifying the relationship of the trace clements,the free radical and the superoxidedismutase with cancer of the digestivc tract,the quantities of Fe in blood of paticnts of digestive tractcancer and the amounts of Fe,Cu,Zn in plasma were determined by atomic absorptionspeetrophotometer. The SOD actlvity in blood was also determined by reforming pyrogallol oxidation.With normal contrast the quantities of Fe in blood and Fe,Zn in plasma of cancer patients were lower.But the quantities of Cu,Cu/Zn in plasma of patients were higher. The difference was very markedly.The results suggest that the trace elements,the free radical and SOD may have relationship with cancer ofthe digestive iract. |
