2001～2004年浙江省钩端螺旋体菌群变动情况分析

目的了解浙江省人群和宿主动物钩端螺旋体菌群分布和变动情况,为研究钩体病流行规律,制定预防和控制措施提供依据。方法利用显微镜凝集试验,对临床确诊病人和宿主动物血清进行抗体测定。采集鼠、蛙、猪、水鸭肾脏和牛中段尿,进行病原体分离培养。结果近年来,病人血清抗体对应菌群以黄疸出血群和七日热群为主,与1990～2000年相比未发生明显改变。宿主动物钩体秋季群的构成较1990～2000年显著上升,成为主要菌群。宿主动物血清抗体阳性对应菌群以秋季群为主。结论宿主动物携带钩体菌群发生变动,其带菌情况与病人带菌血清学检测对应的菌群不完全一致。浙江省钩体病的防制工作不容忽视,尤其应加强宿主动物监测。

Analysis on change of leptospira bacteria in Zhejiang Province from 2001 to 2004

Objective This study was conducted to understand the distribution and change of leptospira bacteria among people and host animals in Zhejiang Province,and therefore provide scientific evidence for study of the epidemic rule of leptospirosis,as well as formulation of prevention and control measures.Methods The Microscope Agglutination Test(MAT) was applied to antibody determination for serum of clinically diagnosed patients and host animals,and the kidneys of rat,frog,pig,and teal,as well as midstream urine of cattle,were collected for isolation and culture of pathogen.Results In recent years,the bacteria floras corresponding to serum antibody of patients were mainly of icterohemorrhage and hebdomadis,which had not changed significantly as compared with that from 1990 to 2000.The autumn leptospira bacteria increased apparently in proportion when compared with that from 1999 to 2000,which became the main flora.The main bacteria flora corresponding to positive serum antibody of host animals was of autumn.Conclusion The leptospira bacteria carried by host animals had been changed,and the situation was not completely identical to that of bacteria flora carried by patients,which had been serologically defined.The prevention and control of leptospirosis in Zhejiang Province cannot be ignored,and especially,the monitoring of host animals should be strengthened.
