摘    要:目的:利用信息化手段,规范海上救援医疗保障的工作流程,强化卫生管理,提高救援医疗队的管理能力、救援效率和诊疗质量。方法:遵循软件工程开发自顶向下的设计原则,逐步细化,直至分解出底层功能模块要素。通过研究功能模块间的逻辑关系,梳理出系统层次模型和各模块间的接口关系。结果:设计了海上救援医疗保障管理系统,实现了救助船舶风险评估以及援救医疗保障解决方案推理等辅助决策功能,可帮助海上救援队快速科学地制订海上救助医疗方案。结论:该系统能够满足海上救援医疗决策的时效性要求,有助于提高其保障指挥的计算机辅助决策能力.进而提高海上应急援救的效率和成功率。

Abstract:Objective To standardize the working flow of the medical support for sea rescue and to promote the medical rescue unit from the aspects of management, rescue and medical support. Methods The elements of the base function modules were determined, and the logical relationships between the function modules were studied to make clear the interfaces bet~een the hierarchical models and the modules, Results The medical support management information system behaved well in aid decision making such as risk assessment of rescuing vessel and solution reasoning, and thus could be used for making medical support solution of sea rescue. Conclusion The system can meet the requirements of time-effect, and thus can enhance the ability of computer-aided decision making for sea rescue.
