摘    要:目的;观察人神经支配的甲杓肌神经修复术后收缩特性。方法;选12条犬,建立单侧声带麻痹模型,声带麻痹后即刻,6,8,10,12及18个月作颈袢主支,喉返神经内收肌支延期吻合术,每时间组各2条犬。术后6个月以张力换能器检测,记岂的收缩曲线,结果;9条存活犬术侧甲杓肌均引出收缩曲线,肌张力为健侧的22-96%。随声带麻痹时间的延长,肌张力的恢复程度逐渐下降,两者呈负相关。各犬大侧最大单收缩时间均较健侧延

Abstract:The purpose of the study attempts to obtain data on the contractile properties of thyroarytenoid muscle (TAM) delayedly reinnervated from the main branch of ansa cervicalis. Methods:Twelve dogs were reinnervated at 0, 6,8, 10, 12 and 18 month interval following vocal cord paralysis via the main branch of ansa cervicalis anastomosed to the adductor branch of the recurrent laryngeal nerve.After 6 months, a series of contractions were recorded from each side in 9 living dogs. Results : Contractile response ranged from 22% to 96% of normal side. It decreased gradually with the time of denervation.The twitch contraction time on operated side increased significantly as compared with the normal side in all dogs , ranging from 14% to 41%. Conclusion: The delayedly reinnervated thyroarytenoid muscle changed its speed and tension in the direction of the main branch of ansa cervicalis.
