2006-2008年广州地区20家医院喹诺酮类药物的利用分析

摘    要:目的了解广州地区20家医院喹诺酮类药物的利用情况,希望为该类药物临床合理使用提供科学依据。方法对2006-2008年广州地区20家医院喹诺酮类药物的用药品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果3年中,喹诺酮类药物的用药频度、用药金额均逐年减少,总用药金额和用药频度的年平均增长率AARG分别为-13.33%和-11.65%。总用药频度DDDs为1785.42万日,总用药金额为27427.14万元。左氧氟沙星位于用药频度、用药金额的第一位,分别占喹诺酮类药物总DDDs的42.02%和总用药金额的32.72%。结论广州地区20家医院喹诺酮类药物的应用虽逐年减少,但为延缓细菌耐药性的产生,建议进一步规范化管理喹诺酮类药物的使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the utilization status of Quinolones in 20 hospitals of Guangzhou in order to provide a basis for the management of clinical application of Quinolones in hospitals.Methods The Quinolones used in 20 hospitals of Guangzhou during the time 2006 to 2008 were statistically analyzed on the kinds,cost and DDDs,etc.Results During the 3-year period,the cost and DDDs of Quinolones reduced year by year.The mean annual rate of increase of the consumption sum and DDDs were-13.33% and -11.65% respectively.The DDDs of Quinolones were 17.8542 millions days and the sum of consumption of Quinolones were 274.2714 millions.Levofloxacin,which ranked the first in the DDDs and consumption,accounted for 42.02% of the total DDDs and 32.72% of the total consumption.Conclusions Although the consumption of Quinoiones has reducing slowly in these years,it is suggested that further standardization in the osage and management of Quinolones should be made to delay the bacteria resistance.
