湿性敷料治疗Ⅱ期压疮患者的效果

目的比较湿性敷料与普通敷料用于Ⅱ期压疮患者治疗效果的差异。方法将63例Ⅱ期压疮患者按随机数字表法分成观察组（31例）和对照组（32例）,两组分别给予湿性敷料与普通敷料治疗2周,观察创面愈合情况。结果湿性敷料治疗组患者疮面愈合时间短于普通敷料组、疗效优于普通敷料组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论湿性敷料更加有利于Ⅱ期压疮患者的创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,促进患者康复,且操作简便,可在临床推广使用。

Therapeutic Effects of Moist Wound Healing Dressings in Treating Stage II Pressure Sores

Objective To study the differences of therapeutic effects between moist wound healing dressings and general dressings in treating type II pressure sores.Methods Sixty-three patients with stage II pressure sores were randomly divided into observational group（n=31）treated with moist wound healing dressings and control group（n=30）treated with general dressings.After 2 weeks＇ treatment,the healing condition of the wounds were observed.Results The healing time of the observational group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the observational group were significantly superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Moist wound healing dressings provides a more conducive treatment for wound healing in patients with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcers with shorter healing time,early rehabilitation,simple operation,which has great value in clinical application.
