| Abstract: | Recently,medical disput is becoming focal point which the total society cares about.As long as we recognize the ethical questions rightly about setting the medical disput and take active and effical measurs,it will be benefical to preventing and setting properly medical disput,to upholding the legittimate rights and interests of both of physicians and patients,and to the social atability and unity devolpment of medicine. |
