| 摘 要： | 医改后政府对县级公立医院卫生投入量在增加,但公立医院投入所占比例略有降低,投入方式、分担机制、监管机制等方面不完善。建议进一步做好区域卫生规划,合理增加投入量,完善卫生投入方式、分担机制、监管机制,积极推动县级公立医院改革。

| Abstract: | Government health input is increasing after the medical reform,but the input proportion for public hospitals is slightly low.Health input methods,sharing mechanism and supervision mechanism are not perfect.Some measures should be taken to promote public hospitals reform by orienting regional health planning,reasonably increasing the input,perfecting health input methods,sharing mechanism and supervision mechanism. |
