武陵山片区卫生人力资源和医学教育现状调研

目的：了解武陵山片区医疗卫生服务人力资源现况。方法：运用分层随机抽样法,于2011年1月至10月对湖南、湖北、重庆、贵州四省市武陵山片区的27个县（市、区）进行了卫生人力资源调查,并调查武陵山片区医学教育现况。结果：武陵山片区每千人口执业（助理）医师数0.94人,仅为全国平均值的52.7%;每千人口注册护士数0.86人,仅为全国平均值的56.8%;高级职称3 114人,仅占卫生技术人员总数的3.66%;2所综合大学设有医学院,医学本科生年招生规模仅600人。结论：武陵山片区医务人员数量严重不足,从医人员整体素质不高,医学本科招生规模较小,国家应加强武陵山片区医疗基础设施建设,提高医务人员工作待遇,改善医学高等教育现况。

Health human resources and the current medical education in Wuling mountain region

Objective To explore the status quo of health human resources in Wuling mountain region.MethodsThe stratified random sampling was employed in this research to investigate the health human resources and the current medical education of 27counties（cities,districts）of Wuling mountain region in Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing and Guizhou from January 2011 to October 2011.The statistics collected from this research were then input in Excel and underwent a statistical analysis.ResultsThe number of licensed（assistant）doctors was 0.94 per thousand in population,which was52.7%of the national average;and the number of registered nurse was 0.86 per thousand,which was 56.8%of the national average;3114medical workers had senior professional titles,which only occupied 3.66%of the total medical personnel;and there were only two universities that had medical colleges,and the scale of undergraduate medical students’ enrollment was only 600.Conclusions There are insufficient medical workers not well qualified for health service,and the enrollment scale of medical undergraduates is small,so the medical infrastructure construction should be strengthened,the income of the medical workers should be increased,and the higher medical education should be improved in Wuling mountain region.
