摘    要:新医改背景下,现行人力资源管理体制愈发不适应医院人才密集度高、专业化强的特点,该文通过对医院人力资源管理现状进行分析,探讨新形势下公立医院人力资源管理对策,推动医院健康可持续发展。

Abstract:Under the new circumstances of medical reform in China,the current human resources management system can not be adaptable to the professionalized characteristics of hospitals where qualified personnel concentrate.Through analyzing the situation of human resource management in hospitals,this paper will explore countermeasures of human resource management to promote the development of public hospitals in a sustainable and healthy way.
