| Abstract: | Under the new circumstances of medical reform in China,the current human resources management system can not be adaptable to the professionalized characteristics of hospitals where qualified personnel concentrate.Through analyzing the situation of human resource management in hospitals,this paper will explore countermeasures of human resource management to promote the development of public hospitals in a sustainable and healthy way. |
