健康住宅社区居民体质健康状况及运动干预的研究

目的：探讨运动医学视角下健康住宅社区居民健康状态。方法：以2013年5月某小区新搬入的四期居民为对照组,以2012年开始入住的久居的一期居民为研究组。观察两组对社区的满意程度及运动医学对健康重要性的理解,并比较两组的体质及身体成分测试结果。结果：研究组居民对社区的满意度高于对照组（χ2=17.675,P〈0.05）;健康重要及非常重要比例高于对照组（χ2=11.131、18.357,P〈0.05）。研究组体质测试成绩指标呈现不同程度优于对照组的趋势。研究组的体质百分数、体质指数低于对照组（t=5.124、5.375,P〈0.05）;腰臀比研究组与对照组差异无统计学意义（t=1.259,P〉0.05）。结论：从运动医学视角下观察,健康住宅对社区居民的健康状态具有良好的促进作用。

Health status of health residential community residents from the perspective of sports medicine

Objective To explore the health status of health residential community residents from the perspective of sports medicine.Methods This study selected the new residents who moved in the community in May 2013 as control group,and those who moved in 2012 as study group.The residents’ satisfaction with community and their awareness of the importance of sports medicine to health were studied,and the physical fitness and body composition test results of two groups were compared.Results The residents’ satisfaction with community was more in study group than in control group（χ2=17.675,P〈0.05）.Their awareness that health is important or very important was higher than that in control group（χ2=11.131,18.357,P〈0.05）.Constitutional test score index in study group showed a trend better than control group to a certain degree.Physique percentage and body mass index in study group were lower than those in control group（t=5.124,5.375,P〈0.05）;the difference was not statistically significant in waist to hip ratio between study group and control group（t=1.259,P〉0.05）.Conclusions The health residential for health status of community residents has a good promoting role from the perspective of sports medicine.
