不同检测系统生化结果的可比性研究

目的对该校两个附属医院的生化检测系统进行方法比对和偏差评估。方法参考NCCLS的EP 9-文件,以罗氏7600生化分析仪、罗氏原装试剂、cfas校准品和质控品组成的检测系统为比较方法,并以日立7600生化分析仪,日本第一化学和国产金赛尔试剂组成的检测系统为实验方法,用患者新鲜血清对常规的15项生化检测项目进行检测,计算实验方法(Y)和比较方法(X)之间的相对偏差和预期偏差的可信区间。结果ALB的预期偏差可以部分接受,TBIL和DBIL的预期偏差不能接受,其它项目的预期偏差均可接受。结论两个检测系统多数测定结果具有可比性,能满足临床要求。

Comparative study on the Results with Different Biochemical Detecting Systems

Objective To explore the comparability of results of different biochemical detecting systems.Methods According to EP9-A file of NCCLS,two biochemical detecting systems,Roche 7600 and HITACHI 7600,were used to detect serum biochemical results to obtain the correlation coefficient and the linear equation,respectively.Then the coefficient and equation were used to evaluate the system bias between laboratory method and comparison method.Results The outcome bias of ALB could be accepted partly between two systems,the biases of TBIL and DBIL were not acceptable.Conclusion The comparability of results in 2 detecting systems accorded to evaluation of clinical acceptability.
