中山市离退休干部慢性病患病状况分析

目的 了解中山市离退休干部慢性非传染性疾病的患病情况，寻求防治对策。方法对60岁以上处级以上离退休干部进行体格检查、询问调查并填写调查表。结果通过对613名60岁以上离退休干部健康检查发现，慢性病患病率高达100％，慢性疾病患病率顺位依次是：前列腺增生、颈椎病、高血压、白内障、高脂血症、高尿酸血症、肥胖、脂肪肝、胆石症、冠心病、糖尿病、肺气肿、恶性肿瘤。同时患3～7慢性病的居多，占总数83．2％。同时还发现近5年来，恶性肿瘤、冠心病、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症、糖尿病患病率比原来明显增加。结论中山市离退休老干部健康情况并不乐观。应加强慢性病的防治，积极开展老年人健康保健和提高生活质量的健康教育，增强自我保健意识，提高老年人健康水平。

Survey incidence of chronic disease in retired cardres in Zhongshan City

Objective To understand the incidence of Chronic diseases among the retired cadres in Zhongshan City. Methods Physical examination and questionnaire survey of the retired cadres in Zbongshan were made and the data were analyzed. Results There 613 retied cadres were epidemiologicallyu surveyed,the incidence was 100%,being in the order of prostatic hyperplasia, cervical spondylosis, hypertension, cataract, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, fat, fatty liver, cholelithiasis,eoronary heart disease,diabetes,emphysema,malignant tumor. There 83.2% of them suffered from 3-7 illnesses. The prevalence of malignant tumor,coronary heart disease,fatty liver,hyperuricemia,diabetes apparently increased in recent 5 years. Conclusions It is not optimistic for the situation of health ccndition of the retired cadres in Zhongshan. Health education is necessary for improving the ability of self health care and life quality of the retired cadres.
