痛经膏外耳道给药治疗原发性痛经26例疗效观察

目的:探讨痛经膏经外耳道给药治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选择原发性痛经患者26例,用痛经膏在外耳道四壁均匀涂抹,根据症状积分,观察治疗30分钟和1小时后情况,评定疗效。结果:治疗后30分钟内痊愈10例,有效11例,无效5例,总有效率为80.77％;30分钟-1小时内,痊愈15例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率为84.62％。治疗后见效时间快慢结果经Ridit分析,差异无显著性意义（P>0.05）;痛经症状评分治疗后30分钟内明显比治疗前降低（t=8.754,P<0.001）,但治疗后30分钟-1小时内与治疗后30分钟内痛经症状评分差异无显著性意义（t=3.731,P>0.05）;痛经程度各组间总有效率差异无显著性意义（X2=0.854,P>0.05）。结论:痛经膏治疗原发性痛经30分钟后即达到明显止痛效果,见效快,病人易于接受。

Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea by External Auditory Canal Application of Tongjing Gao: A Clinical Observation of 26 Cases

ve: To explore the curative effect of external auditory canal(EAC) application of Tongjing Gao(TG) for primary dysmenorrhea(PD) . Methods: In 26 cases of PD, TG was spread evenly on the EAC, and the effect was evaluated by symptoms scoring after 30 min and one hour. Results: Within 30 min after treatment 10 cases were cured, 11 cases effective and 5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 80. 77% ; frome 30 min to one hour after treat-ment, 15 cases were cured, 7 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 84. 62%. Radit analysis showed that the times for showing effect were not significantly different ( P > 0. 05). The dysmenorrhea scoring with 30 min after treatment was markedly decreased as compared with that before treatment ( t=8. 754, P < 0. 001), but showed no markedly significant difference 30 min to one hour after treatment (t = 3. 731, P > 0. 05) . The effective rates were not significantly different among various severities of dysmenor-rhea (x2= 0.854, P> 0.05) .Conclusion: TG exerts a marked analgesic effect 30 min after application. Its effect is prompt and easi-ly acceptable by patients.
