川中丘陵地区上消化道疾病普查报告--附8188例胃镜分析

目的 了解川中丘陵地区上消化道疾病的发病情况。方法 采用隐血珠初筛、胃镜精查、病理确诊三级检查法，普查30岁以上的普通人群。结果 隐血珠初筛率为15．07％(22．3万／148万)；隐血珠阳性率为18．33％(40879／223082)；电子胃镜检查8188人，占隐血珠阳性的20．03％；病理检查1874例，占胃镜检查的22．89%；病理确诊各种癌前病变1093例。恶性肿瘤213例。其中早期恶性肿瘤158例，分别占胃镜检查的13．35％、2．60％、1．93％；幽门螺旋杆菌检测5106例阳性。阳性率为62．36％。结论 对川中丘陵地区进行上消化道疾病普查，了解该地区各种上消化道疾病的发病情况，为采取有针对性的措施提供依据。

Report on Upper Digestive Tract Tumor in the General Examination in Upland of Middle Sichuan

OBJECTIVE To study the incidence about the disease of upper digestive tract in upland of middle Sichuan.METHODS The 3 step examination including occult blood bead test(OBB),gastroscope and pathology was carried out for people aged than 30.RESULTS The screening rate by OBB is 15.07%and the positive rate is 18.33%;8 188 people examined by gastroscop were 20.03%of patients of OBB( );in 1 874 people with biopsy,about 22.89%of the people examined by gastroscope,1 093 people were found in precancerous period and 213 people were diagnosed as cancer,of those,158 people were in early stage.In people examined for pyloric Spirillum,62.36%were scored as( ).CONCLUSION The general examination about the disease on upper digestive is an important measurement to know and to prevent the disease in middle Sichuan.
