外耳道腺样囊性癌误诊分析

目的:分析外耳道腺样囊性癌误诊的原因及诊断和治疗效果.方法:回顾总结3例外耳道腺样囊性癌的临床资料.结果:3例外耳道腺样囊性癌都被误诊,误诊的主要原因是本病临床表现不典型及临床医生对其缺乏全面细致的认识.结论:提高医生对本病的认识,对外耳道可疑的病变组织应行活组织病理检查,早期确诊对治疗效果至关重要,施行扩大根治性手术加放疗可获良好的治疗效果。

Analysis of Misdiagnosis on Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of the External Auditory Canal

Objective: To analyze the reason of misdiagnosis about adenoid cystic carcinoma of the external auditory canal and its diagnosis, treatment effect. Methods: To summarize retrospectively the clinical data of 3 cases with adenoid cystic carcinoma of the external auditory canal. Results: 3 cases with adenoid cystic carcinoma of the external auditory canal all have been misdiagnosed. The reasons for misdiagnosis mainly are atypical clinical manifestation of this disease and doctor's lack of detailed and full understanding of it. Conclusion: The early diagnosis should be important for the treatment efFect to enhance the doctors' understanding of this disease and for pathological biopsy of the suspected lesion in the external auditory canal The extensive resection plus radiotherapy would have good treatment effect.
