| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨活血化瘀法预防骨科大手术术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:将60例骨科大手术术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例患者使用桃红四物汤预防,对照组30例使用低分子肝素钙预防。观察2组患者症状缓解情况。结果:治疗组临床症候积分、血液流变学指标等,较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤可迅速改善和消除髋部大手术术后DVT症状体征,具有改善血液流变学及抗血栓形成的作用。
