| 摘 要： | 目的:探索撬拨复位配合中药热敷散治疗跟骨关节内骨折的中远期疗效及可行性。方法:采用经皮单针或双针撬拨复位石膏管型外制动、中药热敷散熏洗方法治疗跟骨关节内骨折48例52足。结果:优12例、良32例、可5例、差3例,优良率84%。结论:撬拨复位石膏管型外制动治疗跟骨关节内骨折简单、有效,并发症少且费用低;配合中药热敷散外治可促进功能恢复,适宜基层医院开展推广。
