| 摘 要： | 应用鲎试验偶氮基质显色法对５０名健康人和４３例梗阻性黄疸病人、４２例急性胆管炎病人以及２４例急性胰腺炎病人的血浆内毒素进行定量测定，并对血浆内毒素的正常值范围、内毒素血症的定义以及测定方法学和测定的临床意义进行了探讨。该法操作简便、灵敏度高、可以定量测定血浆内毒素。

| Abstract: | Quantititative determination of endotoxin in blood plasma was investigated using limulus lysate test(LLT) with chromgenic substrate.These subjects included 50 healthy adults,43 cases with obstructive jaundice,42 cases with acute cholangitis and 24 cases with acute pancreatitis. The normal range of endotoxin concentration in blood plasma,the definition of endotoxemia and measuring method as well as its clinical significance were discussed. The assay was simple,sensitive and quantitative. The method was effective in the examination of gram-negative bacterial infection and endotoxemia. |
