摘    要:慢性气道炎症是支气管哮喘的本质,寻找简便易测的气道炎症标记物、监测支气管哮喘气道炎症成为当前研究的热点。检测呼出气一氧化氮可以直接反映气道炎症,弥补了肺功能检查的不足,也可测定气道高反应性,为支气管哮喘的诊断提供了一个实用工具,亦可作为预测支气管哮喘恶化及糖皮质激素减量或停药的指标。检测呼出气一氧化氮的方法具有简便、无创、可重复性好等特点,对支气管哮喘诊断与治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:Chronic airway inflammation is the nature of bronchial asthma. Search simple and feasible marker to monitor airway inflammation of asthma has become a warm research subject now. Exhaled nitric oxide can reflect the airway inflammation, which complements lung function test and measurement of airway hyper-reactivity. Exhaled nitric oxide provides a practical means to aid in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma and is helpful in predicting exacerbations,and predicting successful steroid reduction or withdrawal. The measurement of the fractional concentration of exhaled nitric oxide is a convenient, noninvasive practice with good repeatability and other characteristics for airway inflammation. It increases the detection means of bronchial asthma, and it is significant for diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma.
