| 摘 要： | 加入世界贸易组织(WTO）是我国经济融入世界经济，参与全球化竞争的必由之路。我国实验动物商品化程度很低，产权不明晰，管理理念陈旧落后，提供的实验动物服务质量、数量、效率都很低。难以支撑现代科学技术运转需求，如不进行改革，在渡过入世五年的调整期后，中国的实验动物服务体系难以与国际同行抗衡。本就改变现阶段我国实验动物行业不适应市场经济和科研条件的状态，主动寻找产生这种现状的根源与对策，充分利用和发掘现有资源，把实验动物管理与服务职能分离，探求实验动物行业商品化经营的策略和应对的措施。

| Abstract: | China's WTO entry is an inevitable course for the economy of our country integrating into the world and partaking in the competiton all over the world.The commercialization of laboratory animal service system in our country is very poor,with unclear property right, delared management and low efficiency.This article would discuss the situation of laboratory animal service system in our country and present countermeasures of socialization and commercialization in this field. |
