| 摘 要： | 目的:研究白云花根的化学成分。方法:用各种现代色谱方法分离白云花根化学成分,用波谱技术(IR,UV,MS,1D和2D NMR)鉴定结构。结果:从白云花根中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为花椒毒酚(xanthotoxolⅠ),8-geranyloxypsoralenⅡ,右旋前胡苷元(+)-marmesinⅢ],β-谷甾醇(-βsitosterolⅣ),豆甾醇(stigmasterolⅤ),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acidⅥ),阿魏酸(ferulicⅦ)和东莨菪素(scopoletinⅧ)。结论:其中Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ等5个成分为首次从该植物中分离。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents in roots of Heracleum rapula. METHOD: The constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and ODS, and identified by spectroscopic methods. RESULT: Eight compounds, xanthotoxol (I), 8-geranyloxypsoralen (II), (+)-marmesin (III), beta-sitosterol (IV), stigmasterol (V), oleanolic acid (VI), ferulic (VII), scopoletin (VIII) were isolated and identified. CONCLUSION: Compounds IV, V, VI, VII, VIII were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
