湖南省华容县中小学生视力状况调查分析

目的了解华容县中小学生视力状况，为采取防制措施提供依据。方法按《全国中小学生健康监护技术规范》于2007年9-12月对全县县直中小学、乡镇中学及中心小学进行裸眼视力普查。结果共调查学生61746人，其中视力低下者25323人，占41．01％，轻度视力低下者只占总数的13．27％。小学生、初中生、高中生的视力低下率分别为9．53％、32．66％、81．39％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），各年级视力低下率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．Ot）。小学男生视力低下率（10．24％）高于女生（8．73％）（P〈0．01）；初中男生视力低下率（32．37％）与女生（32．99％）差异元统计学意义（P〉0．05），高中女生视力低下率（83．70％）高于男生（79．56％）（P〈0．01）。结论华容县中小学生视力低下情况严重，学校、家庭、社会应积极配合采取措施，早预防、早治疗。

Investigate of Vision Condition among Primary and Secondary School Students in Huarong of Hunan Province

[ Objective] To study vision condition among primary and secondary school students in Huarong, provide evidence for control measures. [ Methods] From September to December in 2007, according to National Primary and Secondary school students Healthy Guardianship Technology standard, uncorrected vision screening was apphed among primary and secondary school students in Huarong. [ Results] 61 746 students were investigated. 25 323 （41.01%） students were detected as low vision, and in which only 13.27% students were mild low vision. The rate of low vision of pupil, junior high schools students and high school students was 9.53% , 32.66% and 81.39 respectively, the difference among them was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference in rate of low vi- sion between each grade was significant （P 〈 0.01）. In primary schools, the rate of low vision of boys （10.24%） was higher than that of girls （ 8.73% ） significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ）. In junior high schools, no significant difference was found in the rate of low vision between boys （ 32.37% ） and girls （ 32.99% ） （ P 〉 0.05 ）. In high school, the rate of low vision of boys （ 79.56% ） was lower than that of girls （83.70%） significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] The status of low vision among primary and secondary school students in Huarong is serious, so the school, family and society should take the measure to prevent and treat it early.
