| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨平时颅脑投射物伤的临床特点和救治原则.方法 回顾性总结46例平时颅脑投射物伤的损伤特点和救治情况.本组非穿透伤9例、盲管伤36例、切线伤1例,无贯通伤.合并胸外伤1例,失血性休克2例,眼球毁损3例.结果 恢复良好31例(67.39%);中度残废12例(26.09%);重度残废2例(4.35%);死亡1例(2.17%).其中1例脑干穿透伤患者成功救治.结论 早期彻底清创,重视并发症的防治.根据颅内弹头弹片滞留的不同情况选择合理的手术方法,是降低伤残率及死亡率、进一步提高救治水平的关键.
