电刺激下丘脑弓状核对大鼠胃内压的影响

摘    要:观察电刺激大鼠下丘脑弓状核对胃内压的影响,结果表明,刺激弓状核时,胃内压平均由对照的0.45kPa下降到0.26kPa(P<0.01),作用的潜伏期约为10s,大约经过5min才恢复正常,位相性收缩消失。本实验结果提示下丘脑弓状核具有调节胃活动的功能。从效应出现的潜伏期和恢复时间来看,推测其作用途径可能是神经性的。

Abstract:Effect of stimulation of arcuate nucleus (ARC) on intragastric pressure was studied in 13 white Wistar rats. While the ARC was stimulated, the mean intragastric pressure dcreased from control value of 4.6 cmH_2O to 2.7cmH_2O (P<0.01) with incubation period of about 10s and the recovery time of about 5 min. The phasic contractions were also inhibited. It is suggested that the ARC regulates activities of stomach, and the effect is mediated through neural pathway from the incubation of response and the time of recovery.
