广州市黄埔区居民健康素养监测与综合干预模式效果评价

目的了解广州市黄埔区居民健康素养干预前后的健康素养水平变化,评价综合干预模式的干预效果。方法应用随机抽样的方法,抽取黄埔区两街各四个居委分别作为监测点,在第一年对监测点18~69岁的常住居民240人,完成两次健康素养调查,作为监测初期本底资料和终期干预结果,进行自身前后对照分析。结果经干预后广州市黄埔区居民健康素养基本知识和理念得分为(76.47±1.8)分,健康生活方式与行为得分为(76.51±1.9)分,健康技能得分为(87.76±2.2)分,健康素养平均得分为(78.46±1.7)分,不同性别、年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入居民健康素养得分除小部分差异无统计学意义外,其余大部分差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论居民通过综合干预模式能有效提高居民的健康素养总体水平。

Monitoring of Health Literacy and Effectiveness Evaluation on Comprehensive Intervention Model in Huangpu District of Guangzhou
