| 摘 要： | 目的观察替考拉宁治疗血液系统疾病合并重度感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法对52例重度感染患者经验性使用或者根据细菌学检查结果使用替考拉宁注射液,疗程为5~12 d,观察用药前后患者的体温、临床症状、体征、化验室检查、微生物学检查、不良反应等。结果52例患者中临床治愈38例,占73.1%,显效5例,总有效率为82.7%;培养出革兰阳性球菌50株,清除41株,细菌清除率82.0%;不良反应发生率低,未发现与替考拉宁用药有关的肝肾功能损害、白细胞及血小板下降。结论替考拉宁治疗血液系统疾病合并重度感染疗效确凿,安全性高,如临床高度怀疑革兰阳性球菌重度感染患者,可考虑经验性使用。
