急性肺血栓栓塞症的超声心动图诊断价值

目的探讨超声心动图在急性肺血栓栓塞症诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析52例临床综合检查而确诊的急性肺栓塞患者超声心动图结果。结果超声心动图发现16例肺动脉内血栓直接征象,右心系统扩大41例、肺动脉增宽37例、室间隔运动异常28例、三尖瓣反流41例、肺动脉收缩压增高37例。超声心动图检查大致正常者7例。结论超声心动图在诊断肺动脉栓塞中具有重要的临床意义。

Diagnostic Value of echocardiography in Acute Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of echocardiography in acute pulmonary throm-boembolism. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for echocardiography in 52 patients with pulmonary thromboembolism. Results Thrombus within left or right pulmonary artery were detected in 16 patients,typical right heart enlargement was showed in 41 patients,pulmonary artery dilation and pulmonary hypertension were showed in 37patients,motion abnormality in interventricular septum was found in 28 patients,tricuspid regurgitation was showed in 41 patients,pulmonary hypertension was founded in 37 cases,normal echocardiogram in 7 cases. Conclusion It is significant to diagnose pulmonary embolism with echocardiography that helps to enhance the accuracy of the diagnosis.
