窝沟封闭剂的实验研究

摘    要:参照美国封闭剂Concise配方组成,自制了可见光固化和自凝两种封闭剂.实验室研究结果表明,在粘结性能、吸水性和磨耗率方面,自制封闭剂和Concise无差异.在表面硬度值方面,两种自制封闭剂均极显著低于相应固化方式的Concise(P<0.01).在抗压强度方面,自制光固化封闭剂与光固化Concise无差异;自制自凝封闭剂则显著低于自凝Concise.在径向抗张强度方面,自制光固化封闭剂显著高于光固化Concise;而自制自凝封闭剂极显著低于自凝Concise.总体评价是:自制封闭剂的性能和Concise大体相似.

Abstract:In this paper two sealants were made refer to the composition of Concise (Light-cured and autopolymerised, 3M Dental Products, U. S. A). The Laboratory characteristics test results indicated that , there were no differences in bonding characteristics and water sorption and abrasion between the self-made and Consise sealants. As for physical characteristics, the surface hardness values of the self-made sealants (P<0. 01). The self-madeautopolymerised sealants were not as good as the Concise in compressive strength. In diam-eteral tensile strength, the self-made light-cured better than the Concise autopolymerised. On the whole, the self-made and Concise sealants were similar in their properties.
