51例高龄结直肠癌病人的围手术期处理

目的 探讨高龄结直肠癌病人围手术期处理的有关问题。方法 回顾性分析1990年1月至2003年2月收治的51例70岁以上结直肠癌病人的外科治疗资料。结果 高龄结直肠癌病人入院前并存疾病可达52．9％，肿瘤切除率为82．6％，术后并发症发生率为38．4％，围手术期死亡率为4．3％。结论 合理处理并存疾病，充分的术前准备，适当的手术时机和手术方式，加强营养支持，有效地预防和治疗并发症。对于高龄结直肠癌病人度过围手术期是非常重要的。

Perioperative management of the elderly patients with colorectal carcinoma.

Objective To explore the pertinent problems in the perioprative period management of elderly patients with colorectal carcinoma.Methods Retrospective analysis on experience of surgical treatment for colorectal carcinoma in 51 patients over 70 years of age.Results Most of the elderly patients with colorectal carcinoma had other diseases(52 9%)tumor resection rate was 82 6% past operation complication rate was 38 4%,and operation mortality rate was 4 3%.Conclusion Correct management preexisting diseases,fully preoperative preparation,the appropriate choice of operation and operation procedure,the nutrition support,and an effective method for the prevention and treatment of complication is very important for elderly colorectal carcinom in the perioperative period.
