GSH-Px活性与云南省地方性猝死关系的研究

摘    要:目的研究云南省地方性猝死病例组与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性的关系,为云南省地方性猝死的预防提供依据。方法现场调查病区大姚县、景东县、南涧县、宁蒗县及非病区大理县,采用GSH—Px活力测试盒检测患者25例、对照107例的GSH—Px活性。结果病例组GSH—Px活性高于外对照组(P〈0.05);大姚县、景东县GSH—Px活性高于外对照大理县(P〈0.05);宁蒗县低于大理县;宁蒗县补硒前后两次检测结果为补硒后GSH—Px活性较补硒前高(P〈0.05)。结论GSH—Px活性与云南省地方性猝死的发生可能存在一定程度的相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the difference of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity between the patients of the Yunnan endemic sudden cardiac death(YESCD) and controls in order to provide evidence for prevention. Methods Blood GSH-Px activity of YESCD patients and controls was determined. Results GSH-Px activity of patients of YESCD was higher than that of the external controls(P < 0.05). GSH-Px activity of the disease area was higher than that of non-disease area (the external control(P < 0.05). After supplement of selenium, GSH-Px activity of the subjects in Ninglang county increased(P < 0.05). Conclusions GSH-Px activity is possibly related with YESCD to some extent.
